I was driving on Portland Street closer to Stanton Avenue around 4:30pm today and a cute Beagle mix dog was running on the sidewalk. Seemed to be a little scared. I pulled over and called for it but i took off between yards. It had a black and red shoulder style collar/harness. Hope it is home with this writing! thx sue
