I was driving on Portland Street closer to Stanton Avenue around 4:30pm today and a cute Beagle mix dog was running on the sidewalk.&nbsp; Seemed to be a little scared.&nbsp; I pulled over and called for it&nbsp; but i took off between yards.&nbsp; It had a black and red shoulder style collar/harness.&nbsp; &nbsp; Hope it is home with this writing!<div><br></div><div>thx</div><div>sue</div>
