[Highland Park] Little League
I have a 4-year-old son who's interested in baseball. I've tried to find out about little league for his age, and all I could find was a league in Squirrel Hill that meets on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 5:30pm. Does anyone know about a league for this age that meets locally on the weekend (or later in the evening)? I'm also interested in finding out about Soccer leagues, so if anyone knows about this, I'd appreciate any information you could provide. There doesn't seem to be a very good source of information for organized sports activities for children (I found the city's Park & Recreation website to be of little use). Thanks. Rob Schwartz
What I learned about soccer is that the Dynamo league is the most popular and well-organized, but doesn't start until age 5. Before age 5, athletics seems to be mainly classes/activities (gymnastics, swimming, etc.) rather than team sports.
