hi...we are planning to get a new roof on our house and the contractor said we need a permit for the roof and one for the dumpster. I've called the permit number for the city only to get a recording telling me to leave a message, done that twice with no response. called 311 and they said to email them which I did but haven’t heard back yet. can anyone give me some insight on what is needed and how to go about getting these permits...thank you
