Hi,   There is a cat that kept coming to our front porch. She is black and grey and a little orange. She is very young, about two months old I would say, maybe three. She has a purple collar with a bell but no tag, and then a clear plastic collar with green strips that has numbers on it, but there appear to be too many to be a phone number, and it's definitely not an address. If she belongs to anyone (I am assuming she does) please let me know because she would sometimes wander into the street, and my roommate was worried she was going to get hit, so we took her in.
