Again this year at St. Andrew's, at 8 p.m. on Tuesday, October 31, as the official city Trick-or-Treat period comes to an end, the always-popular NEIGHBORHOOD HALLOWEEN EXTRAVAGANA, with a brief "seasonally appropriate" organ recital, a climb into Ye Olde Darke Tower for a bit of bell-ringing, and, of course, the distribution of a few Halloween treats to complete the evening's harvest.
