Sushi Class: April 19th & 26th (Thursday evenings from 6:30-9:30 PM) Nigiri (finger sushi) of tuna, barbequed eel, cooked shrimp, yellowtail, & salmon sushi kebobs of smoked salmon & chives and Asian pear & prosciutto sushi boxes with ingredients of choice rice paper roll sushi with barbequed chicken tuna maki (small roll) inside out maki with beef & blue cheese, California roll, and sesame shrimp & mango roll pizza sushi with ingredients of choice hand rolls with ingredients of choice chunky monkey dessert roll with banana, ice cream & deep fried ___________________ Greek Appetizers & Desserts (Working with phyllo & fried doughs) Wed. evening 6:30-9:30 PM Appetizers: spiral spiced lamb pies with apricots & currants, triangles with meat, peppers, capers, & olives, Spanikopita with spinach & feta Desserts: fried honey crisp donuts, Baklava, & fried pasty dough with honey, nuts, cinnamon, & sesame seeds
