A "First Thursday at St. Andrew's" service of Choral Evensong, followed by musical recital, on the Eve of the Feast of the Epiphany, Thursday, January 5, at 8 p.m. The service will be sung by St. Andrew's Choir, under the direction of Peter J. Luley. The recital will be presented by Highland Park neighbor Charlotta Klein Ross, who plays cello in the Pittsburgh Symphony Orchestra, Elizabeth Ross, voice, and Barbara I. Lewis, piano. They will present works by J.S. Bach, Mark Summer, Johannes Brahms, and . . . Charlie Chaplin! All are welcome, and a festive reception will follow in Brooks Hall.
