The 311 call center has been very difficult to reach these past few days. Whenever possible please use the web form to report problems and make requests: http://www.pittsburghpa.gov/311.htm. If you do call 311, you might even speak to Councilman Dowd who has been working a few shifts at the call center. For any emergencies, please call 911. The National Guard is assisting emergency responders with medical and public safety needs. We will continue to update you as we receive information.
