Also he can come back and fix it in a couple of days. The 2 I have marked as "I do not recommend" failed to find the actual issue on my roof and wanted to charge me for a new tin roof I did not need or some kind of coatings or other silliness one should not need. Also one of those 2 told me it would be 12 weeks before they could get the crew out to do the repair - that is utterly useless, who has 3 months to wait on a roof repair? Their quotes were astronomical and would not have actually fixed the leak in my roof , so my advice is to avoid them. Have a wonderful holiday season
