I am hoping to find the owner of the large black dog (lab?) who was being walked near the tennis/basketball court at N St Clair and N Euclid this morning at approximately 7:10 am. Owner/walker of the black dog was a white male with white or gray hair. Dog had a prong collar and extendable leash. My husband was walking three dogs and moved off the sidewalk to give you space. You stated your black dog had come over to 'play'. However he bit our dog and drew blood in two places. I need to know if your dog is up to date on shots.
