I am looking for a female housemate to rent a bedroom in my house on Sheridan starting July 1. Rent is $300/month plus utilities. The bedroom available was just completely remodeled last summer and is spacious with a built-in bookcase, large windows and recess lighting. The rest of the living space, (e.g. kitchen, living room, bathrooms and sunroom) are shared between the other two housemates.
