I am looking for a female housemate to rent a bedroom in my house on Sheridan starting July 1. Rent is $300/month plus utilities. The bedroom available was just completely remodeled last summer and is spacious with a built-in bookcase, large windows and recess lighting.  The rest of the living space, (e.g. kitchen, living room, bathrooms and sunroom) are shared between the other two housemates. If you are interested please feel free to ask any questions and if you would like to see the house my schedule is very flexible.  Also, if you know someone who might be interested, please forward this information to them.
