Dear Neighbors, Once again Highland Park is overwhelming with its generosity. I have enough bias tape to make 3 dozen pillowcase dresses! Thank you! The only thing we're missing for this Girl Scout project is heavy grosgrain ribbon. The ribbon is used to tie the dresses at the shoulders.
