Dear Neighbors, <div>Once again Highland Park is overwhelming with its generosity. I have enough bias tape to make 3 dozen pillowcase dresses!  Thank you!  The only thing we&#39;re missing for this Girl Scout project is heavy grosgrain ribbon.  The ribbon is used to tie the dresses at the shoulders.  If you have some you don&#39;t need, I would be happy to pick it up.  </div>
