Saturday while walking my dogs through the park - this was around five thirty- ----- a group of young boys (13 to 9 yrs of age) were playing in the fountain ---- the oldest one was up in the fountain diverting the water in different directions....Sometimes sitting on the fountain -- trying to hold the water down ---then he would jump up and let it spray over the walk ways --- adding to this -there were a couple of adults cheering him on and telling him what to do--how to shoot the water around.....now I don't know if it is allowed -----playing in the fountain....but I am sure that shooting the water around and annoying people like that is not....I walk my dogs through the park --sometimes two or three times a day and I have noticed whenever there is some type of wrong going on --there is never any park police anywhere.....from being there so often - I have got to know a number of people -- who are walking their dogs and there are quite.a number of them who say they do not go up there after one O'clock due to the unsupervised roudiness . That is not right - that due to a few --many are denied the pleasure of this great little escape in the city........
