Re: [Highland Park] Car Break Ins on Euclid
My car was broken into on Friday night (3/22) for the second time in the past 6 months. This time, though, they broke my rear passenger vent window. Of course, they got nothing because I keep nothing in my car...though my inspection and emission stickers (that expire 5/2013!) seem to have been peeled back some. I guess they haven't been discouraged by lack of a take or caught by the police. Remember to keep you car doors unlocked! This is getting tiresome.

Our car was also broken into sometime Sat night. They broke the rear vent window and took a USB drive. It was also reported to police.

Hi All,
Just an FYI - my car was broken into on the 800 block of Euclid Ave at Stanton Ave, and if the glass on the side of the road is any indication, so was the car that had been parked in front of mine. There were no valuables in the vehicle (since I learned that lesson the hard way about 4 years ago), so there wasn't any reason for the person to pick my car and check out my glovebox.
It has been reported to the police.
