Are you helping an older loved one with tasks like grocery shopping, managing medications, bathing/dressing or getting around? If so, you are a family caregiver! Care coaches from the United Way’s Caregivers First Initiative will offer a guide to finding community resources, getting started with problem-solving, and managing the stress of trying to help a loved one. We’ll especially focus on ways to keep calm in difficult circumstances and to help yourself relax throughout the day.
