So I decided to just pass the message on, just to remind us of how great the Highland Park community is. I have been here most of my life, have no plans to move, and can not compare this to living anywhere else. Yesterday I took a walk, talked to neighbors, looked at all of the plants and flowers growing, sat in my back yard and listened to the birds, and I agree with the sentiment below that Highland Park is "one of the best in the country". I left Highland Park three years ago to move to the Jersey Shore to be with my daughter and her family. There isn't a week that goes by that I still don't yearn for H.P. After living in 10 cities in 8 different states, I can attest to the fact that Highland Park is the finest, friendliest small community I've ever lived in and one of best in the country.
