Thank you lovely HP Neighbors for all those who shared info on their homes. My friends have decided that they would like to rent for a year or so first to be sure HP is the place for their family/ 4 kids (kids are small, babies to 10 yrs so sharing bedrooms is ok for now)... and because they want to move asap into the neighborhood.
