Thank you lovely HP Neighbors for all those who shared info on their homes.  

My friends have decided that they would like to rent for a year or so first to be sure HP is the place for their family/ 4 kids (kids are small, babies to 10 yrs so sharing bedrooms is ok for now)... and because they want to move asap into the neighborhood.

So email me with rental possibilities and i will forward to my friend.
