[Highland Park] Large white party tents??

Does anyone know what the white party tents are that have just been set up in Highland Park? I assume they are for the grand opening of the fountain and gardens. Does anyone know for sure, or when the event is?? Thanks David Aschkenas

This weekend the Pittsburgh Parks Conservancy is holding its big annual "Hat Luncheon", which is one of its biggest fund-raising activities. The tents are set up for this event, which is sold out, by the way... I don't know of any scheduled dedication ceremonies, but if there will be one I'll be sure to send mail about it! Rudy
