Why is everyone being so super polite about this? It is poop. It is gross. And it is rude to leave it lying about.   The City of Pittsburgh requires dog owners to clean up after their pets. Our neighborhood is only as beautiful and sanitary and clean as we keep it.  Please be a good neighbor and be responsible for your pets.  I too, would hate to see someone fined, but am glad to know there is legal recourse. If you cannot afford doggie poop bags, ask one of your neighbors.  I am sure someone would be able to help you out. Thanks.
