Around 4:30 pm on the 15th of April I looked out of a second floor window facing the back yard.At this instant, a young, white woman was tearing a vine and fencing in order to enter our back yard from our neighbor's yard.She was talking on a cell 'phone and hurried to the other side of the garage to a back fence.She did continue to look around and talk on her cell 'phone. I thought of banging on the window, however, raced downstairs and by then she had completed her departure. Our neighbor on the other side was having a party and there were people outside which may be the reason for the intruder not using a driveway.Our location is on Jackson St near Highland Ave..
