[Highland Park] Duquesne Light Tree Work
Please be aware of the following work being performed by Duquesne Light in your community in the coming weeks: The goal of Duquesne Light's Vegetation Management program is to work with communities to manage the urban forest so that everyone can enjoy healthy trees that live in harmony with safe, reliable electric service. Duquesne Light uses qualified professionals in our line clearance program. These professionals work to minimize outages from inappropriately planted trees growing into our overhead lines and equipment. These professionals use pruning methods approved by the American National Standard Institute with are recognized green industry best practices. In the upcoming weeks, Duquesne Light will be performing line clearance activities in the Highland Park, Morningside, and Stanton Heights neighborhoods.
