Hi, The scupper to which the downspout in the front of my house has come loose from the brick. I don't have a 20' ladder to redress it. It seems that the scupper simply needs to be attached with some blue tapcon screws. If you are or know a handy person with a ladder that can reach two stories up, I would be happy to pay someone to fix the problem. Email me please.
