Hello, I attended the PRC's composting class last weekend (details here: http://zerowastepgh.org/ZW-PRC-byvc.html) and they mentioned that the city might have requirements for backyard composting. I've searched the city's website, and all it does is redirect to the PRC website for questions. http://www.pittsburghpa.gov/green/reducereuserecycle.htm Does anyone know if there are requirements? I got the Earth Machine Compost bin for attending the class, but someone there thought the city might require chicken wire to be placed under the bin?
