[Highland Park] Clarification, 226 N Negley Zoning Hearing
I wanted to clarify the following points to my previous e-mail: - The Zoning Hearing for 226 N Negley Avenue is at 9:50 AM on July 19, 2012 at 200 Ross Street, downtown. Parking is available immediately behind 200 Ross Street. - The Zoning Board of Adjustment does not accept letters as testimony. It is important for you to attend the zoning hearing if you want to present testimony either for or against the proposed use change. - If you choose to send a letter, we will present your letter to the Zoning Board of Adjustment. Though the letter will not have the force of testimony, if you are not able to attend the zoning hearing, it is still important to show the community's opinion on this matter. - I attached a form letter for any who want to send a form letter. It is attached here as well.
