Hello, For anyone that has participated in the member prepaid service with Massage Heights-Bakery Square location and is not able to use the credits prior to their closure on 8-29-19, I encourage you to contact the Consumer Reporter at Channel 4, Paul Van Osdol. He will be doing a story on the situation where Massage Heights has not intention to issue refunds to customers for any unused credits.
