My husband and I have a 9 month old baby who we were looking to share our nanny with since the baby he’s been doing the share with is headed to daycare 👶👶 I now have two days (Tuesday and Friday) I can split with a mama + baby. Our nanny would like to keep the babies +/- 3 months of age of one another (so between ages 6 months to 1 year) but there might be some flexibility. We'll need a mama to commit to 6-7 hrs on Tuesdays and/or Fridays (if you could do one day vs the other, we might be able to make that work, too).
