We own a three-story Victorian in Highland Park. We will be moving, and we are not sure if we will be selling our house or renting it. We would like to buy an hour or two of a real estate agent's time to help us determine the current market value of our house and to learn what it would be good for us to do to help sell or rent the house. We wondered if anyone knows a real estate agent who might be able to aid us in this way. We would like to pay the agent for her/his time since we are not sure we will be listing the house.
