Dear Neighbors, I've been a neighbor since June, renting on Avondale, but the house just sold, and I need to move quickly! I am a mature and responsible graduate student at the University of Pittsburgh in need of housing* December 15 at the latest until April 30.* I do not smoke or have pets, but I am not opposed to living with pets if you have them.
