Dear Neighbors,

I've been a neighbor since June, renting on Avondale, but the house just sold, and I need to move quickly!  I am a mature and responsible graduate student at the University of Pittsburgh in need of housing December 15 at the latest until April 30.  

 

I do not smoke or have pets, but I am not opposed to living with pets if you have them.  The best scenario for me would be renting a room in an already furnished house or apartment as that is my current situation, and I do not have any furniture, kitchen appliances/dishware/etc.
