A neighbor's house on North Beatty St. was robbed between 12 & 2 in the afternoon on Monday, Nov. 3 while she was out grocery shopping. It sure seems like robbers are keeping a watch on houses here in Highland Park and breaking in during even short periods when people are out. jai
