Neighbors,I am one of a local group of veteran supporters establishing a new organization, Operation Valor Arts, that assists veterans with education and training while they design and construct public art to honor those who have served.We recently met with nine veterans in a focus group and I have a 50 minute audio tape ( on a flash drive) that needs to be transcribed.
