[Highland Park] german shephard

My husband just tried to lure the dog near him with treats. He was on N. Highland Avenue near park but cut through a yard and is now on Browning Road. Husband said he appears very thin and very skittish. I hope the owners read this list or perhaps someone knows its owners. It is scary as dog running up and down N. Highland Ave. Marsha Aarons
