ROBERT HIGGS gets one more loud vote of approval from me. He discovered the source of a pernicious leak in my roof, and his excellent assistant, John, repaired the problem (sealed the flashing) after two failed and costly attempts by two other reputable contractors., who failed to correctly diagnose the problem. After the most recent downpours, my inside ceiling and walls have remained dry (ruined twice before due to incorrect analysis of the leak.)
