I wish to echo the words of Rob and Sal in their previous emails. Our family recently stopped by after our early evening walk and ordered from the menu "to-go" --- the server who took our order made excellent recommendations for both of us. Chef Rey came out to meet us personally. We were interested in trying a few items on the menu and chose had an appetizer and two entrees - with left-overs for the following day. Everything was outstanding. We will definitely return soon. I simply wish to encourage others to visit soon as well. Jen Brackney On 9/4/07, Salvador Wilcox <s.wilcox@educationinnovations.org> wrote:
Marie and I eat at Reynold's on Bryant pretty regularly and are impressed with the food and service as well. I encourage others to dine there. Perhaps those of you who host regular organizational meetings can make an effort to have one at Reynold's once in a while. It would be a wonderful way to introduce others to the potential of our Highland Park business district. If any one is interested in having a general Highland Park get-together at Reynold's I'd be more than glad to coordinate.
Thanks,
Sal

I never seem to write to this email list, but here I am doing it twice. My wife and I and our two kids, ages 4 & 6, had dinner at Reynold's on Bryant last Friday and I wanted to let folks know that we had a great experience. Our food was delicious (I had the cod with coconut curry sauce and my wife a couple of the appetizers), there was a kid's menu, the service was attentive, and we were even each given a free glass of wine. The bad news was that we were the only people in the restaurant when we first arrived, and only one other couple came before we left. If you haven't checked out the restaurant, please do so. We need to support this restaurant as a neighborhood if we want it to succeed. I think it's a great addition to Bryant Street and to Highland Park.
