Hello neighbors, Join us for our monthly "Rethinking Sisterhood Series for the Women of Pittsburgh"! A monthly meetup where women come together and practice: *celebrating themselves and one-another *sharing openly what's on their hearts/minds *listening with presence -meaning without giving advice/trying to fix *gently redirecting the focus from our busy minds back into the wisdom of our bodies messages via guided body scans/meditations *All of this is done is safe, respectful, and supportive atmosphere* *Who* is it for? Women ages 18 and older who feel drawn to these sessions. We encourage adult women of all age ranges. 18 is not too young and 90 is not too old. ALL races and ethnicities are welcomed and encouraged to join. Please share this event with your friends/family who may be interested. There will be an optional social hangout afterward. We will start promptly at 6:30 pm. Please make sure you are on time. **The event is located in the Kenmawr building. Which is a big apartment complex (see event description for location.) You can park wherever there's space close to the building. Then walk through the main entrance and follow the signs to the basement level.** Please register and pay using the link above.
