ISO car ramp for dog

Neighbors, Thank you to everyone who offered baby gates, etc. for my dog who is having surgery on Monday. It just occurred to me that I will need a car ramp also, so I wondered if anyone has one they would be willing to sell or lend? He is 76 pounds. I would need to pick it up Sunday or Monday.
