Who: You! What: 4 week Walking Program Where: Fountain, Monday & Wednesday 7:00 - 7:40 p.m. Why: Meet others looking to move and enjoy the outdoors Price: Donation only Let’s WALK! Starting any new habit can be hard, let’s do it together! For the next 4-weeks, meet at the Fountain. 5 minute check-in on form/warm up then away we go. 30 mins of walking, 5 minutes stretch and cool down. You’re done! This program is for everyone from beginner to intermediate since you will set your own pace. Kathleen Bruning, Lead trainer of EverStrong Pittsburgh will be keeping you company and checking in with you along the way. You need comfortable shoes and someone else to take care of the dinner dishes so you don’t miss it!! Let’s be outside together, your body and mind will thank you!
