[Highland Park] Suspicious activity

A black man in a sports jersey with a baseball hat on back to front and a bandana underneath it was seen acting suspiciously at the side of the house two houses up towards Highland Park from 521 N Euclid Ave. It may have been nothing, but I thought I'd report it anyway.
