[Highland Park] Need electrician

Looking for an electrician who is willing to do a small job without a minimum charge AND is willing to come over and meet us and give an estimate and references even for a small job. We need an outside outlet moved up higher and changed to a quad. The two electricians I spoke to were not willing to come over and discuss options. Said the job was too small to give estimate in person. Thanks, neigbors.
