Queen bed pull-out couch $300

Couch with a queen pull out bed. Couch is firm and comfortable and in overall great shape. Fabric is a grey and off-white pattern and has a bit of sun fading. Friends have always said they were comfortable sleeping on the pull out! I also have a sheet set specially for the mattress. Must be picked up Thursday or Friday.
