Missing Mail

Dear Neighbors - I know someone posted recently about missing mail and I have only just realized that I too have not been receiving mail. The last time this happened, maybe two years ago, I filed a complaint at the East Liberty Post Office, but found the post office very unresponsive and unhelpful. Has anyone else had success filing complaints about missing mail? thanks, Jessica on Heberton
