HELP MAKE HIGHLAND PARK MORE BEAUTIFUL! WHAT: Volunteer to plant trees in our neighborhood. The trees are free, but we need to plant them. WHEN: Saturday November 5, 2011 at 8:45 am. Rain, shine or snow! WHERE: Meet at the corner of Heberton and Bryant streets. We will plant 40 trees on Heberton and Winterton and nearby streets. There will be snacks, coffee and lunch. WHO: There is something for everyone to do! Children ages 8 and older are encouraged to help along with their parents or a responsible adult. We will have activities for younger children.
