Hello Members, I am looking for a house to rent that is reasonably priced as of August 2012. I am a single mother of 4, and run my own cleaning business as most of you know. I grew up in Highland Park all my life and now live in Lawrenceville. I love where I live and the people I live by, however the house is just to small, and I have no backyard for my children to play in. Its a bit annoying. Plus the parking is horrible. My ideal home would have a backyard, a possibly finished basement and at least 4 bedrooms. I had no success in moving last summer due to such short timing. My house is very clean and I am very anal. I take alot of pride in where I live and the upkeep of my home. I also have a hard time with the landlord because he seems not to take much pride in his property. When I call for things that I feel are important he puts things off. I want a home I can stay in long term and possibly buy in the future. I would allow anyone who would consider renting to me to come and look at my home to see how I live. I am in such a rut living where I live because of the no backyard and minimal parking .
