[Highland Park] foundation issue

Hi, I'm having trouble with water coming into my basement and would like to rectify the situation, but fear that I could easily get charged a fortune and still have a problem with my foundation. Can anyone recommend a contractor who could look at my foundation and fix this water issue. And please let this contractor be reliable, reasonable and trustworthy. Thank you, Kim
