[Highland Park] Where can I get a cheap eye exam and frames?

Heyo! I pretty sure I lost my glasses...sigh. Does anyone know of the very cheapest way of getting an eye exam (my prescription is outdated) and frames? I don't have health insurance. Thanks, Patti
