Dear Neighbors The following message was sent by the chairperson of Japanese Nationality classroom in the Cathedral of Learning. The Auction includes a lot of beautiful kimono, Japanese pottery, and more. Tomoko The Japanese Nationality Room is holding its " Scholarship Luncheon and Silent Auction" on Saturday, October 15, at William Pitt Union Ballroom. We invite you to join us for the Scholarship Luncheon starting at 12:00. You will have the opportunity to hear previous scholarship winners share the experiences and how the JNR scholarship benefited them. You can also preview the Silent Auction items and listen to some live music. If you only wish to join us for the Silent Auction, please arrive starting at 1:30pm. We have some beautiful Japanese traditional items as well as everyday use chinaware, Japanese books and a range of additional items.
